Pre-sales they were very helpful, and once we had the dialler installed it kept dropping the call due to the call centre it was dialling having a DTMF tone after the welcome recorded message. They remotely updated the unit with some new custom firmware that resolved the issue. Technical support and after sales are frankly first class, many thanks Noel!
