We had our intercom system changed last October to this digital system which links to your phone. Some of the residents in our building were hesitant about it but after it was installed everyone got used to it quickly and soon saw the advantages.
Recently the system stopped working, and the company were very quick to get the problem sorted remotely, so I can recommend this product and the service provided.
